Thin colored paper

Crayons

Glue

Scissors

Tape

Cut shapes out of thin colored paper (like origami paper).  Repeat with various shapes and colors of paper and crayons.

These can be aligned with the theme (flowers, nature, celebrations, BP)

For each lunch bag, cut a slit a third of the way down on each side of the front of the bag; fold the resulting flap down inside the bag. (To make the bag narrower, fold the left and right sides around to the back and secure it with tape.)

Adhere a few of the shapes to each bag with glue and tuck silverware inside on the day of the cooking competition.
