Use 2 litre bottles to create the skittles to be knocked down.  Can be painted to look like Minions (or other ideas):

Using a stocking with a tennis ball in the foot, children put the stocking on their head and must spin around, knocking over as many bottles as possible with the ball in the foot of the stocking.
