| Instructions | Cubs draw a noughts and crosses grid on the chiffon gift bag, or onto a piece of paper that will fit neatly into the bag. Count out 5 pebbles in each colour, and put them into the bag. Cubs could write a note to go with the gift, wishing a Happy Mother's Day etc. |
