Instructions | balancing board per Six bean bag per Six Cubs line up in Sixes in relay formation. Each Six has a balancing board (roof tile) and a bean bag (brick). The Sixer stands at one end of the meeting place. At "go"the first Cub places the tile on his/her head and walks toward the Sixer. Halfway across, the Sixer throws the 'brick" to the Cub who attempts to catch it. If successful, the Cub continues on the way to the Sixer, hands the 'brick' over to the Sixer and then runs back to the Six with the tile in hand. The second Cub then has a turn and so on until each Cub in the Six has had a turn. If the Cub successfully catches the 'brick' he/she earns a point for the Six. The Sixer keeps tally of the score. If the Cub misses the catch, the Sixer should collect the 'brick' and the Cub should continue balancing as before. At the end of the game, the leader will award points to the Six for each catch. |
